1. Who we are
Snapfold is operated by Teodor, based in the Czech Republic. You can contact us at teonoga9090@gmail.com.
2. Your files
The tools on Snapfold run in your web browser. The images and PDF files you add are processed on your own device and are not uploaded to our servers. To make the site convenient, files you add and results you create are saved in your browser's local storage (IndexedDB) on your device, in the "Library". We cannot see them. You can delete them at any time with "Clear all", "Clear library" or by clearing this site's data in your browser.
3. Sign-in and Pro subscription
Signing in is optional. If you sign in with Whop, Whop gives us an identifier of your Whop account. We use it only to check whether you have an active Pro subscription, and we keep you signed in with a cookie. We do not keep a user database and we never see your payment card details. Payments are handled by Whop, and Whop's privacy policy applies to that data.
4. Cookies and similar technologies
- Necessary: sign-in cookies (they last up to 30 days) and local storage for your files. The site needs these to work.
- Advertising: we may show ads served by Google AdSense. Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on a user's prior visits to this and other websites. You can opt out of personalised advertising in Google Ad Settings, and read more about how Google uses data from sites that use its services on policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.
Visitors from the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland are asked for their consent through a consent banner before non-essential cookies or personalised ads are used.
5. Hosting and technical data
The site is hosted on Cloudflare. Cloudflare processes technical data such as your IP address, browser type and the time of each request in order to deliver the site and keep it secure.
6. Legal basis
We process this data to run and secure the website (legitimate interest), to provide Pro (contract), and to show personalised ads only with your consent where the law requires it.
7. Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask for access to, correction or deletion of your personal data, restrict or object to its processing, withdraw consent at any time and ask for data portability. Write to teonoga9090@gmail.com. You can also complain to your data protection authority; in the Czech Republic this is the Office for Personal Data Protection (uoou.gov.cz).
8. Children
Snapfold is not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their personal data.
9. Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
