1. Using Snapfold

Snapfold offers free image and PDF tools that run in your browser. By using the site you agree to these terms. Only use files you have the right to use, and do not use the site for anything unlawful or in a way that harms the service or other people.

2. Your files

Your files stay on your device and remain yours. We claim no rights to them. Because they are processed and stored in your browser, you are responsible for keeping your own backups.

3. Pro subscription

Pro is an optional paid monthly subscription sold through Whop at the price shown at checkout. It renews every month until you cancel, which you can do in your Whop account. Pro removes ads and the free file limit and extends how many results the Library keeps. Refunds follow Whop's rules and the consumer protection law that applies to you.

4. Availability and changes

We may change, limit or stop features at any time, and we do not guarantee that the site will always be available or free of errors.

5. No warranty and limit of liability

The tools are provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost or damaged files, lost profits or indirect damages. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law or your statutory consumer rights.

6. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the Czech Republic. Mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence still apply.
